I had a great experience staying at André’s place for the weekend. The house was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. We especially enjoyed the gazebo and firepit, which made our time with family even more special. The location was also very convenient. André was a kind and responsive host, always available if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for everything

We stayed for a week at this home. The house itself was perfect for our family of 4 adults and one teen. There are many thoughtful touches throughout the house, from knives that are actually sharp enough to use, to a variety of coffees on the coffee bar. The backyard is large and inviting, with a big grill and a fire pit. The location was perfect for us; Publix, Target Wawa and the highway were all just a short hop away. The host couldn’t have been more accommodating and available. We will choose this spot for our next trip to St Pete.

This cottage has a great location if you’re visiting St Pete. The neighborhood is also very quiet.
The renovations in the house are great and it has a lot of room for a family.
The backyard is fabulous! A nice gazebo to sit under and fire pit are wonderful personal touches.
It’s great to know we have a place whenever we go to visit family.
On another note, the owners are extremely helpful and accommodating! Great communication and easy check in/access to the house. They thought of all the little details and nice personal touches when stocking the house.
