Overall, a decent stay with a few hiccups. The location was super convenient—right across from the marina, close to Mike’s Market, Chevron, and within walking distance to food!However, there were some frustrating things. The driveway is MUCH steeper than it looks in the listing photos, and definitely not ideal for a boat or trailer. We had trouble getting answers about boat parking—unfortunately, the property manager did not respond to those questions entirely, which wasn’t great. (Luckily we found a spot at the marina.)There’s no grill and limited outdoor seating, which may not matter to everyone, but we were hoping for a better outdoor setup. Communication was hit or miss, we never got answers via Vrbo app—she was generally responsive via text, but never answered calls, and some key info (like the garage code) wasn’t shared until day two of our stay. The house was unlocked when we arrived, and the key didn’t work on the deadbolt, so we would’ve been locked out otherwise.Cleanliness was okay, but not perfect—couch was oddly arranged, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and a couple of things were minor, like doors sticking to the threshold, doors not shutting all the way, and some water damage to ceiling and baseboards. One toilet and one shower didn’t work during our stay, and no one could come out to fix them in time.All in all, the house worked for our stay, just hope for future stays that minor issue addresses above can be resolved.

Very nice home on three levels. Some minor problems. Beautiful view of lake. Wonderful theater room. Large Smart TVs in every bedroom and great room. No window treatments in great room. Many doors stick.Quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to market. Many businesses closed for the season. Mule deer and turkeys just outside. Outside garbage is a block away.Overall, a very luxurious home at a fair price (for off season).
