About this house rental
Townhome 27 & 28 at Waterdance in the center of Garden City. Come enjoy our seasonal, heated outdoor pool and year-round heated indoor pool inside our on-site rec center. These townhomes are within walking distance to many restaurants and shake shops and the Garden City beach is a short 10 minute walk away. This listing is to rent townhome 27 and 28 together to sleep larger groups up to 24. The townhomes connect through a door off the kitchen so you you can enjoy two patios, two kitchens and living rooms and double the space!
There are three bedrooms on the second floor with full en suite bathroom.

All rentals have access to our heated outdoor pool(open May-September) and year-round indoor recreation center with indoor pool, conference room, playground, pickleball, ping pong, and more.
Each condo has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each condo has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.
We do not allow pets in this home.

We loved staying in this townhouse at Waterdance. The home was clean and well stocked. Check in was easy and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to enjoy our time together as a family at the recreation center too. The kids played pickle ball, air hockey and swam. We were close to skiing and snowmobiling and we were able to park our trailer on site. We would definitely stay here again!
