Cortaderia is a peaceful lodging rated 4 stars by the Tourist Office, offering you the perfect relaxing getaway for the whole family or with friends.
Located just 50 meters from the magnificent Poulfoën Beach, on the rugged coast of Plouescat and along the famous GR34 hiking trail, it’s the ideal spot to fully enjoy the natural beauty of the ocean.
Our property consists of two fully renovated townhouses.
You can enjoy a shared heated pool, located in a fully fenced garden with secure access and parking.
Just cross the street, and you’re already at the beach!

• Front Terrace: A 40m² terrace welcomes you at the front of the house.
• Back Terrace: A second 35m² terrace, completely enclosed with no neighbors directly across, accessible from the living room—perfect for relaxing.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped and open to the living room, featuring an oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, traditional coffee maker and pod coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

• Bedroom 1: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed and a closet with hanging space and shelves.

• Relaxation Area: A living room with a sofa and TV, ideal for reading and games, perfect for giving children some privacy.
• Bedroom 2: Equipped with a 160 x 200 double bed and a closet.
• Bedroom 3: Equipped with a bunk bed consisting of a 140 x 190 double bed and a 90 x 190 single bed.
• Bathroom: Equipped with a bathtub
