Regal Marina is a penthouse 2 bedroom apartment situated in the very popular Encosta de Marina complex. Set in a very quiet location but only 5 minute’s walk to the beautiful Lagos Marina and the beautiful 4 km long Meia Praia beach. The old town of Lagos is located just a 15 minute walk away.
The apartment has an entrance hall that leads directly to the large open plan lounge, large sliding patio doors lead to a superb outside space offering comfy sofas, an outside dining area, with panoramic views across the marina to the old town and the sea. The evening view of the illuminated pool and city lights is most attractive.
Sliding double doors lead to a very well equipped kitchen offering everything that you would need to anything from a small snack to a full dining experience.
There are two bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, the master having a full en-suite bathroom whilst the twin room is serviced by a second family bathroom situated off of the hallway. Both bedrooms have private and very quiet balconies to relax. Further to this there is a handy office space with desk and chair for those who need to catch up on their workload.
The communal swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds, a lawned area for children to play and a kid’s pool. There are also toilet and shower facilities by the pool.
