About this apartment rental
A stone’s throw from the beautiful Meia Praia beach & the historic town of Lagos, this apartment promises to be your home away from home! The apartment is great for couples and families.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 en suite) with a kitchen and large living area, fully air-conditioned for the long summer Algarvian sun and accommodates up to 6 guests. The apartment also boasts of a large terrace / veranda to soak up the sun without having to leave the comforts of your own home. Built within a large complex with its own swimming pool, tennis courts, children’s play area and onsite parking; this is the perfect place to soak some sun and make the most out of your relaxing holiday.
The large living space is divided into the dining area with a dining table and a living area, with a large sofa bed. The space consists of a wide screen TV, telephone and wireless internet.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment - an en suite double bedroom with access to the terrace / veranda; and a second bedroom with twin beds. The sofa in the living area can be converted to a double bed, should the need arise.
The apartment has a large kitchen with its own dining area, and comes fully equipped with electric hobs, fan oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and a coffee machine, to make the most out of your time trying out some local recipes. Don’t forget to check out the fish market in the town center!
The apartment boasts a large terrace / veranda in addition to the living space within the apartment. It comes with an outdoor dining table and plenty of Algarvian sun to enjoy all the recipes you may decide to try out. If it does get too hot, you also have the option to bring down the canvas to keep the sun out. There are 2 comfortable sun loungers and sofas for sun bathing and relaxing within the privacy of your own home. The outside space is a lovely feature to the apartment where you can spend quality time and really enjoy the warm summer evenings or winter afternoons.
The apartment has onsite private parking with easy access and a garage space.

Lagos is a rich & historic town and it is easy to walk almost everywhere.
The complex is situated about 10 minutes ’walk from Lagos Train station, and about 15 -20 minutes’ walk to the beautiful Meia Praia beach or the historic town of Lagos; or you can call a taxi! The Marina in Lagos is also only 500 meters away from the flat, where you will find a lot of restaurants and entertainment!
You will not be disappointed with the seafood selection from the local supermarket just 10 minutes ’walk downhill from the apartment!
Mid-week cleaning and change of laundry is on request. Additional charge: 40 €

The property is ideal, having a large balcony which had sun from 12 noon and all facilities needed for a self catering holiday. Although satellite TV is provided, don't expect English terrestrial channels. The pool area was great. A pass is provided for the gated access.
Communication with Claudia, arranging airport transfers and access to the property was prompt, friendly and helpful.
The on site supermarket was unfortunately closed, the nearest one being down the hill so not that handy when carrying heavy shopping back.
The marina is a leisurely walk downhill, but the majority of restaurants were further, across the bridge and along a main road, so we hopped into a taxi when returning at night, reasonably priced.

The apartment and Marina Park are excellent!
The accommodation was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Perhaps, the only downside was the electric hob and oven, which took a long time to heat up.
The swimming pool and pool bar were great and it was nice not to have to pay for sun beds as we have done at other similar parks.
It was very easy to get into Lagos, just a 15 minute walk.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable fortnight and would stay again.

L'appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos et descriptif de l'annonce.
La terrasse est immense et ensoleillée du midi au coucher du soleil (juillet)
Appartement très confortable, totalement équipé et très propre.
Résidence bien entretenue, piscine au top !
