About this house rental
Take a break and unwind at this peaceful lakeside getaway. This home offers a pier, an outdoor patio, and a pool table.
Located just down the highway from Bryan/College Station and Texas A&M University, this home has all of the access, without the congestion.
This is a two story home bordering a private community lake. The property is located right off of highway 6 and is just minutes down the road from Bryan/College Station. It’s a short drive to Texas A&M, Downtown Bryan, the Inn at Quarry Ridge, and the many other great things B/CS has to offer. Note: this house is one of two rentals on the same property. The parking area and outdoor areas including the pier are shared spaces, shared with one other unit.
Guest access:
Self Check-in with a door code (to be provided morning of check-in). If interested in booking both units, this primary house and the secondary unit (mother n law suite) please message us and we will accommodate if possible.

The house was very clean and plenty of room. The pool table is a great touch as well as the screened in back patio! Communication with the owner was very easy and quick!
