Our 1,600 sq. ft. home is perfect for multi-family use with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 10), 2 bathrooms, a large common space, and an outdoor area, table, and umbrella. Located in a family-friendly neighborhood with plenty of parking only 5-10 minutes from Kyle Field, Texas A&M University, downtown Bryan, Northgate, Easterwood Airport, and more. Great for weekend getaways with easy access to food and dining in both Bryan and College Station because of its central location. Located on a cul-de-sac street mostly of families, this is a nice place to get out of the city while still being close. Big retail store just down the street and a nice park with tennis courts, playground equipment, bbq pits, basketball courts, and running track within a 2-3 minute walk from the front door. Also, just 4.3 miles from the George Bush Presidential Museum.

It’s a spacious house in nice neghborhood we had several issues while we were there (bathroom not clean, broken washing machine and wifi not working) but Sam was very responsive and took care of the issues he could.

Seriously the most accommodating Vrbo I’ve stayed in. So many supplies! More than I have in my own kitchen . If they don’t have it you don’t need it!

Great location for us, super clean, very quiet neighborhood, well-stocked kitchen and linens, cute decorations, up to date laundry area, all the beds were comfortable, photos are accurate of the property, great communication with the owner...would stay here again.

We were in Bryan for my husband’s family reunion. We chose to stay in an airbnb instead of a motel. Great decision! The home was beautiful with plenty of room for the four of us!
