About this house rental
Our family Farmhouse 262 offers comfortable, clean, and quiet spaces for relaxation, family gatherings, or couples retreat! The spacious floor plan with large living area and 3 dining areas. Open kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, including a double oven and tons of counter space.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with on-suite bath, the second and third bedrooms have full-size beds with bathroom between. Additional 3/4 bath in mudroom. Two queen-size air mattresses are also available, as well as 2 couches to sleep up to 12 guests. Keurig coffee maker and general appliances available.
Complimentary coffee and tea. There is a large back patio with outdoor grill and picnic table. After a long day of festivities, grab a chair and roast s'mores by the fire pit, while watching the cattle graze, or just enjoy the quietness you can only find in the country. We found this charming home for our son's graduation from Texas A&M. We needed a place for famly to stay and to have a small gathering to celebrate our Aggie. It did not disappoint. Watching the cattle in the morning while having coffee was a relaxing start to the day and a perfect space for a party.
