It’s situated right on the crystal-clear Weissach River, about a 10-minute walk from Lake Tegernsee, and offers a magnificent unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains of the Tegernsee Valley.
This beautiful 67-square-meter vacation home is very well-equipped and accommodates 2 people. In addition to a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, it features a spacious 20 m² covered south-facing terrace, and the garden area directly in front of the vacation home can be used as a sunbathing area.
The vacation home offers you an ideal starting point for all your excursions. All shops for daily necessities—such as a supermarket, beverage store, bakery, butcher, and restaurants—are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is 200 meters away, so you can easily use the regional bus line for free with your Tegernsee Card.

This cozy 67-square-meter Bavarian country-style bungalow is set in a large, beautiful, well-maintained garden and features a separate entrance. Right next to the entrance is your private parking space as well as a covered area for storing your bicycles.

The cottage is furnished in a cozy Bavarian style; for example, the living-dining room features a dining area with a corner bench and a traditional Bavarian “Jogltisch” table. Adjacent to the living room is the 20-square-meter south-facing terrace and the garden area with comfortable seating and lounging options. Here you can enjoy breakfast outdoors first thing in the morning or simply relax in comfort.
