About this apartment rental
Apartment located near the shops of L'Aiguillon, the port, and the beaches.
It comprises:
- An entrance hall with a wardrobe
- A living room with a kitchenette (new induction hob, new oven, kettle, toaster, new mini-fridge, Senseo coffee machine, etc.) opening onto the terrace: a bar with storage separates the kitchenette from the dining area (table + 6 chairs), and a lounge area (sofa bed, TV)
- 1 bedroom (double bed)
- 1 bedroom (2 single beds + chest of drawers)
- A bathroom (sink + bathtub + shelf with mirror)
- Separate WC
- Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided. They can be rented through the agency, [hidden], a double bed linen and towel set is €42 per week.
- Optional cleaning fee: €70.
During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent with a flat rate of €15/day.
