Beautiful ground level unit with a rare back door walk to the beach access. That's right, no elevators necessary! Just step off your private back deck across the grassy area to the beach access walk way! This unit features 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 full bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well. You'll have in room laundry for your convenience as well as a full kitchen and dining space. You do get a bit of a gulf view even from this ground level somewhat limited by the dunes but you can see the water from your back deck.
Beachside Towers on the beautiful Sandestin resort is the place to stay on the Emerald Coast. Enjoy the Resort's wide-open space for jogging, bicycling and just plain relaxing. A lot of construction going on but didn’t impact our stay. The condo itself was great and convenient to pool. Only complaint is all the different codes to get needed for each entry.

The room was super clean and neat. The check-in process couldn’t have been easier. And the location was perfect! One small concern was that we found out the pool was going to be under renovation. Not sure if it was specified in the listing when we booked, but be sure to read very carefully before booking. Thankfully, it was done by the time we checked in. The main con regarding the room itself would be the bathroom; it was not as pictured. It’s pretty small and outdated.All in all, a great stay.

This room’s location is fantastic & so convenient. You walk out your patio & you’re on the pool deck. The new pool deck & pool are incredible. It is zero entry on one end & one side is about 7” deep with chairs in the water. Beautiful. But be aware the pool was freezing. The pool is not heated after Easter ever. The TV’s do not have any local cable or satellite setup. You must have your own service to get any channels whatsoever & download the apps to use it. The bathroom shower door on the shower was broken & there was a shower curtain instead. Get a bathmat because the shower is slick. There are no handicap grab bars & the drain does not drain good so there was always standing water in the tub so it is very slick. Your room is on the pool deck so bring clips to help keep the curtains closed where they meet. However, the room is very quiet & we never heard a thing. Be aware that this room is absolutely not handicap accessible. There are steps to get up to the hallway & to the front door & the patio has 3 steps to the pool deck with no railing. The wash machine & dryer are LG front load stackable & are very nice. In conclusion, this room is fantastic. The good far out ways the bad. Just be aware of some of the issues I faced & wish I had known. I loved the patio on the beautiful pool deck. They had new gas grills & is close to the beach which is incredible. There was some construction that was a little inconvenient but hopefully that will be done soon.
