Excellent stay! Ideas: Fix scuffs on walls, repaint over fixed scuffs,Fix sliding barn doors, we found most of them hard to open especially with no handle on inside or outside. Guests got stuck in middle bathroom multiple times.

we had an amazing time at the rental. We love the hot tub on cooler days and the view from the house. It was amazing with all the open windows looking at the beach.
They have a cute fire pit and the beach is literally a few steps away
There’s plenty of room for everyone to sleep and everything you can tell is brand new. I loved how they had beach chairs, games for the kids and other beach items.

We had a great time over Christmas. The location was perfect! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day. The kitchen was a great size for making family meals including Christmas Dinner and grilling steaks one night. A quick walk over the dunes to the beach and we were stand up paddling and swimming in the Gulf. Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning views and beach location - you can’t beat it. The house is exactly as pictured and described; very well maintained and very clean. Good amount of seating and dining inside and out. Personally I think 6 adults would be the amount of people I’d want to be with since there is one living space. Good size kitchen, plenty of storage; bring any specific spices and oil you might need for cooking. Very nice drip and k-cup coffee pots. Great communication with management company.
