Welcome to our charming country house, nestled in the greenery and tranquility of the Monte Cucco Regional Park.
Ideal for families, couples, and friends seeking a relaxing getaway, this house offers a unique experience by combining modern comfort with rustic charm.
Located in the village of Fossato di Vico, at the foot of Cima Mutali (1120 meters above sea level), it is just a few kilometers away from major attractions such as Monte Cucco, Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, and the Frasassi Caves.
The apartment, located on the first floor of a stone farmhouse, features an entrance leading to a spacious living area with a kitchenette.
From here, characteristic terracotta steps lead to the sleeping area, which comprises a large and private double bedroom and a comfortable bathroom.
Overlooking the dining area is a second bedroom and an additional small, charming bathroom.
All the apartments have access to an external courtyard used for parking, situated in front of the farmhouse.
On the side adjacent to the mountain, there is access to a small communal garden where one can enjoy unique moments of relaxation surrounded by the greenery of olive trees and fruit trees.
