You can easily organize games of Petanque or ping-pong within the residence before going to enjoy a well deserved aperitif on the terrace of the private garden.
You are only 5 minutes from downtown Narbonne-Plage and ten minutes from the waterfront so it’s time to take the shovels and seals or go eat a good ice cream and sip a drink.

The prpperty is in very good condition. The onliest negative part to mention is the size of the shower. It is a little bit to small.
