Welcome to the Little Dipper hosted by Wander North Rentals
This cozy cottage has all the Up North Michigan vibes of your dreams. This tiny retreat is perfect for couples or small families to enjoy the amazing beaches, walk through the woods, swim in the bay, eat at the local restaurants, and spend the evening staring at the stars. This cottage is a truly magical place where the city lights don't touch the stars in the night sky. Come see all that Leelanau County, and the Little Dipper, has to offer.
The Little Dipper is a tiny haven nestled on the shores of Grand Traverse Bay. When you arrive, there is parking available for 2 cars out front. The front door will lead you into the main open floor plan living area of this cottage. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, spices, and small appliances for cooking meals. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch, as well as seating for your whole group to watch the Roku TV.
In the back of the unit, you will find the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands, and a dresser. The bathroom is newly renovated and includes a full soaker tub and shower. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and paper products are included in your stay.
In addition to the condo, you have access to 400 feet of shared lakefrontage and beach. The shoreline can be a little rocky, so bring your water shoes to get the most enjoyment out of the bay. We can also help you set up rentals for water sports gear such as paddle boards and kayaks.

What an incredible little place! It was perfect for my little family of 4. Our 2 children under 8 years old slept together comfortably on the pull out couch with plenty of space to stretch out. The house is only a few steps away from the water front with an amazing beach area. You can see a small piece of the water from the front porch. It is a lovely little quite place of only a handfull of cottages that all share a beautiful tree lined paved driveway. The owners were very responsive and kind with any needs (or accidents) that occurred during our stay and had no problems at all with communication. We would be lucky to stay here again the next time we visit this slice of heaven called Northport MI.
