About this cabin rental
Situated on top of the mountain at Blue Mesa Reservoir, this newly-built cabin has amazing views out of every window. We are 5 min from the lake, and 40 minutes from the Black Canyon. You & your family/friends will enjoy your vacation—with plenty of space for everyone! 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lots of extra beds, a fully stocked kitchen, & a HUGE deck!

Great location with amazing views of the Mesa Reservoir! The cabin had everything we needed to cook, so we didn’t have to go out for meals which was nice since there aren’t any restaurants nearby. The only downside was communication; we didn’t get much response to a couple of questions during our stay. Thankfully, everything worked out fine, but if there had been an issue, it might’ve been pain to handle.

The home is comfortable and has great views of the surrounding area but is not as remote as we thought. There was minimal need to communicate with the owner but no real check out instructions or confirmation they received our message when we checked out. With the current bridge work on Hwy 50 you have to go through two traffic relays and those do not go all night, which limits your ability to get out early or leave late.

We were surprised There was no TV we just assumed there would be. However, not having any TV or Wi-Fi ended up to be a great bonding experience playing games and talking with my son. Wonderful place to stay Colorado is just beautiful

Perfect place to stay and enjoy Blue Mesa! Would definitely stay here again. The owner was very nice and communication was great.
