Be aware that the golf course doesn't allow leashed dogs on the sidewalk during business hours. We did not know this on the first day and got yelled at by the golf course owner. Otherwise pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay so much the first time that we had to come back again! This condo has everything that we needed as a family traveling in for our spring skiing. It’s spacious and well stocked. Shannon, the property manager is easy and professionally prompt with her communication. We will definitely be back again.

Despite the property being nearly 30 years old, it was very clean with a well-furnished kitchen. It is professionally managed and we enjoyed our 8-day stay. The location is great for hiking in Ouray, Telluride and Ridgway.

Shannon, the property manager, was amazing to work with. We were notified on our way to the house that there would be construction/painting occurring during our stay. She was very accommodating and paid for one of our meals while out and gave us a small discount as there was more noise and commotion than we planned for. The only thing we would recommend is new furniture in the living room. The couches were very uncomfortable, so if you have a party greater than 2 it makes hanging out in the living room more difficult. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated all that Shannon did for us. The owners of the property are very lucky to have her managing things .

Nice and as advertised. Our group was surprised, when opening the door to the unit at 5:30(after 4:00PM check-in time ) to literally run into the owners inside the unit. Although, they did not introduce themselves, we determined they were the owners after one of them showed us how to empty the dehumidifier and we subsequently googled the owners and located a picture. One of the elevators was not working but we were grateful for the 2nd elevator that was slow due to doing double duty but worked! Building staff were very nice and all good otherwise.

Great location

We really enjoyed the location of this property as it's between Telluride and Ouray. Her main interest was to hike the Blue lake trail which we did on our last day. Everybody was very impressed with this trail and the lake was gorgeous. A few notes on the property. The beds in the smaller rooms need to be replaced, the door needs to be fixed to the bedroom over the garage and the couch in the living room is not very comfortable. Other than those things we are impressed with the townhome.

We were in Ridgway for the wedding of our son which was held at Top of the Pines camp ground. The condo was in excellent condition, clean and very comfortable. The two and a half baths was important because the ladies came there for makeup and dressing. The owners were next door and very warm and helpful. We would recommend this property for anyone staying in the area.

The townhome was just as described. It was very spacious and the setting was amazing. The furniture in the living area was not very comfortable and a bit “tired”. New furniture there would make all the difference. Also, adding an iron, ironing g board and hairdryer would complete the amenities. Our host did get a clothing steamer and hairdryer into the townhome before we arrived and that was much appreciated. Excellent communication with the host was very helpful and much appreciated.

My husband and I (and our welcomed dog that's 40 lbs) came to celebrate my 40th birthday in January to see snow and the stars, and this home was everythingwe expected and even more. My husband and I are both clean freaks, so even in 5 star properties are usually a bit lower in our standards. This home was spotless, and had everything we could think of to need!! For anything else we needed (suggestions and sled equipment) Shannon and her husband's hospitality (property managers) really made our trip that FULL 5 STARS!! SUPER fast with communication, spot on with directions and suggestions, we really couldn't have asked for more. Thank you both so much!!The location is about 2-3 miles from town up the hill, so it's perfectly private in a huge well maintained community, with the quiet acres of land in the back to enjoy serenity, and yet a quick 10 minutes away from anything need in town.It was our first trip to Colorado and Ridgway, and this stay definitely has made us decide to come back!!!

My friend and I stayed for 5 days at the townhouse. The townhouse itself is efficient, and just what we were seeking, and the kitchen has recently updated appliances. Shannon was a wealth of information about the area. The only issue (which was pretty big) was the furniture/seating in the kitchen and living area are incredibly uncomfortable. It was almost impossible to sit and enjoy the spaces. New sheets and mattresses would be a big help. Otherwise, the townhouse was just great. I can't recommend Shannon enough; she was awesome! You will enjoy lots of cute animals.

We thought the location was terrific and the actual street/neighborhood was very beautiful. Shannon is very communicative and great to work with. Although the actual home is very nice and clean we wished the living/dining furniture was more comfortable- it wasn't super comfy to hang out on and we all ended up lounging in our separate bedrooms which wasn't ideal for a family vacation.

We had a great stay. The property was beautiful with wildlife around each day. Excellent golf course nearby and great views. Shannon the property manager was wonderful and extremely accommodating. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood. Very well appointed kitchen with all the essentials. Nicely decorated. Only suggestion is better lighting for reading and more comfortable living room furniture. Property manager next store is very nice, and available for anything. This place is gorgeous. The house is very clean and set up nicely. The views are amazing. Its very quiet and peaceful. We saw a lot of deer walking around the neighborhood. The property manager was very easy to work with. We had absolutely no issues and zero complaints. Quick drive into Ridgway and Ouray. Telluride isn’t far either! This location gives the opportunity for lots of exploring.
