Located on the Divide Ranch and Club golf course, enjoy the unmatched San Juan Mountain views as you hit the links in the summer, or cross country ski the course in the winter. This home is also located just 35 miles from world class skiing in Telluride, 15 miles from Ouray, the Switzerland of America and incredible fishing near Ridgway Reservoir.
You'll have plenty of space for your goup with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a king size bed. Take in the wildlife as you sip your morning coffee from your master bedroom deck. The two remaining bedrooms have queen sized beds. The home has a full kitchen complete with oven/range, microwave, full refrigerator and dishwasher. Washer and dryer are also available.

The house was perfect. The location was great. It had great views and the wildlife was the icing on the cake. Shannon was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was well maintained and cared for. Shannon was very responsive to all of our inquiries. I would highly recommend this property if you play golf, love the mountains and wildlife, and enjoy solitude and quietness.

I usually wait until I get home to write reviews, but I write this as I'm about to check out of this beautiful and cozy getaway home here in Ridgway bc I don't want to forget leaving it a review! My husband and I (and our welcomed dog that's 40 lbs) came to celebrate my 40th birthday in January to see snow and the stars, and this home was everythingwe expected and even more. My husband and I are both clean freaks, so even in 5 star properties are usually a bit lower in our standards. This home was spotless, and had everything we could think of to need!! For anything else we needed (suggestions and sled equipment) Shannon and her husband's hospitality (property managers) really made our trip that FULL 5 STARS!! SUPER fast with communication, spot on with directions and suggestions, we really couldn't have asked for more. Thank you both so much!!The location is about 2-3 miles from town up the hill, so it's perfectly private in a huge well maintained community, with the quiet acres of land in the back to enjoy serenity, and yet a quick 10 minutes away from anything need in town.It was our first trip to Colorado and Ridgway, and this stay definitely has made us decide to come back!!!
