My wife and myself, my parents, and our two kids stayed and had a seamless experience. The place was high-end, beautifully furnished, with fantastic views (beach sunset). Easy stroll across the dunes to the beach, multiple pools (some which were heated), and great location for shopping and dining. The only questionable experience was the parking situation which was not very specific and a bit confusing upon arrival. However, after a day or so it turned out to be more laid back than what was communicated. Also it should be noted up front that bike parking is not permitted overnight and bikes should be left inside the unit (up two flights of stairs / elevator). We did not know this until arrival information was sent. However, not sure if that HOA rule is enforced as we noticed multiple offenders.Great property!

Excellent place, spotless, great location, close to everything, beautiful beaches in the area. We’re looking forward to comeback next year.

dead flies on check in around the inside door to eat in kitchen family room, also in both bedrooms facing exterior. Had to clean up the dead flies. There was an infestation of bugs on Sunday that crawled from outside to inside and we had to constantly clean them up. We couldn't go on deck. The vacuum worked for 30 seconds or less - overall, should clean before you let people come stay. Also, let people know where the designated parking spot is...what garage #. Too many chairs in family room - should have another couch.
