*Weddings or parties/groups of people or guest of guest are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

This home was perfect for our thanksgiving staycation. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a big group. Lots of room. Very convenient location and the neighborhood was very safe and secure. We hope to stay again. Maybe next thanksgiving :).

The Crossings are well maintained and offer beautiful condos. Our Condo was well furnished and very comfortable. The beach and pool are easily accessible with a short walk. Very much recommended.

We had an awesome time. We place was beautiful and in good condition. The space was perfect. I have to agree with previous reviewers, the master bedroom bed needs to be replaced. We decided to sleep in a different room.
Our daughters enjoyed the club swimming pools and the complementary chairs and umbrella at the beach.
The sunsets were priceless.
A few misunderstandings regarding bike rentals, I talked to several agents from 360 blue and none of them gave me a clear answer. At the end I decided just to pay and forget the misunderstanding.

Nice but... living area appears bigger in photos. Lack of hangers in all closets. Kitchen is ok but is starting to show its age. The tub shower bathroom has mold. The downstairs air says it’s on 72 but does not feel it. Upstairs air is wonderful. View is amazing. 360 Blue said we would have free use of paddle boards and kayaks we did not. Lite maintenance is needed just tightening of door handles. What is nice is the beach shower and wash station is right outside the unit. Do like the location. Less traffic. The couch is amazingly comfortable. the master bed needs a new mattress. You feel like you are falling out of the bed bc the middle is firm the rest is incredibly soft. Felt it was over priced for what it was sq foot
