Hacienda de Mita 1101 is a cozy beautiful decorated ground-level condo that is part of the premier Hacienda de Mita condominium complex located behind the gates of the world-famous Punta Mita Resort.
You can enjoy the spectacular golf course, and mountain views, located inside the gates of Punta de Mita in the Prestigious Hacienda de Mita development. While relaxing on the large outdoor terrace, take a dip in the lovely pool, and watch the spectacular sunsets.
Direct walking access to Punta Mita's town (EL ANCLOTE) which is known for its excellent dining and local shopping and nightlife. Access only for guests staying at Hacienda de Mita.
This 3500-square-foot condo is footsteps from the beach with a couple of surf locations and relaxing pools for kids and adults.

Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge | Total: USD $40.02

The payment link for this fee will be provided when we issue the amenity cards, approximately one month before arrival. The resort fee must be paid online by credit card before your arrival in order to release the access cards. Without this payment, the resort will not grant entry to the facilities.

We had the best time at this condo! It was perfect! Sofia was wonderful and made everything seamless and our cook was fantastic! We will definitely return!

Absolutely wonderful unit. Communication with the management team was very easy, especially on WhatsApp. They will meet you at the unit for check-in and checkout.Punta Mita is lovely. We were here in the low season and there were some stray showers but it definitely didnt feel like "rainy season." That said, it was hot and humid. We have been to Vallarta in April and the weather is nicer that time of year. Since it was low season (although there were a fair number of people around), we had no problem with seating at the beach clubs or restaurants although we heard that it is a scramble to get reservations for beach club seating during high season. We had dinner at the Pacifico and Kupuri beach clubs and both were very nice. The Surf Club has the best beach (by far) followed by Kupuri. The golf cart at the unit easily reaches the Surf Club on a single charge.The housekeeper is very sweet lady - make sure you take care of her.We had three adults and five kids and found the unit to be very comfortable. It was very well equipped for dining in although it does not have a grill.

This was our first visit to Punta Mita. Sofia was a gem, getting us organized beforehand so that everything went smoothly when we arrived. The condo was even better than expected. The ground-floor condo was extremely private and quiet. The condo is in great condition with lots of space. The condo is a quick walk into town through the Hacienda gate. We enjoyed a morning walk followed by banana bread and green juice in town. Highly recommend this condo!

Rossana made our check in experience super easy and was very thorough in going over all of the important details. She even went above and beyond when she needed to ship us forgotten items. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable for my family of four. Can’t wait to stay here again!
