Full access to ALL the beach clubs inside the gates (Pacifico, Surf Club, Kupuri, Sufito and St. Regis). There is a one time fee per-person per stay, paid once directly to the HOA ($50 usd for Adults & Teens and $30 usd children between 5-12 yrs plus VAT).

Amazing condo with easy access to all Punta Mita has to offer as well as quick access to restaurants and shopping outside the gates with included golf cart.

The property is nicely located inside the gate of Punta Mita. It is close to the village and the beach clubs are easily accessible. The property is exactly as pictured and amazing. We had breakfast made for us daily and this was a favorite for our family.
