Property was fabulous with gorgeous views! Very clean. Some miscommunication between our concierge and chef, but it was no big deal. We extended our stay and the owner was wonderful to let us have a late check out. Excellent trip.

Beautiful condo! Concierge was very helpful and responsive. Housekeeper kept the condo spotless and prepared delicious food! Had a wonderful time and can't wait to return!

Punta Mita resort area was great. We felt very comfortable and safe.
Beach club at Hacienda Mita condos, short walk down the hill, was perfect to relax by the pool. Luis would serve drinks and walk into town to bring back food to the swimming pool. Pedestrian gate by beach club allowed us to easily walk from resort into town of Punta de Minta for dinner most nights.
Condo was nice with golf course and sea views. Plenty of room for our party of six.
I did have a significant problem with the air conditioning. Each room has a separate a/c. The a/c in our bedroom did not work the entire stay. Temperature stayed about 76 deg. F in bedroom even with bedroom door open 24/7. Sleeping was uncomfortable. Maintenance men worked on unit second and third day. I was told a part had to be ordered to repair the a/c. Did not arrive by the time I left.
