THE PROPERTY
The stunning Yosemite Trails sits amidst 10 sprawling acres of tall pines and cedars. It has just been recently renovated and redecorated entirely and is brand new. Wraparound windows and sliding glass doors offer panoramic sunset views across the surrounding trees and mountains from the great room, and primary suite. The interior features 1,800 sqft of living space bathed in natural light. Mid-Century modern décor with natural materials and textures reflect the beauty of the surroundings.

4 bedroom/3 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and game room to ensure your group will have plenty of space to stretch out and relax for your stay.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cookware, cups, silverware, and more! Our housekeeping team leaves out salt, pepper, and a can of cooking spray. Friends, family, and other guests sometimes leave spices, aluminum foil or ziploc bags at the home. You are most welcome to use any of these items, but if something is particularly crucial to the success of your meals, we do recommend bringing it along with you.

Fireplace/Firepits- The indoor fireplace is not available for guests use for safety concerns. Propane firepits and BBQ grills are usable year round.
Hot Tub- There is no lifeguard on duty for the hot tub. Please use at your own risk. We kindly ask that you shower prior to entering the pool/hot tub. The hot tub is professionally serviced and available year round.

We loved the location of this property. Proximity to town with grocery store and restaurants was exactly what we wanted. Our weather wasn’t cooperative the first day but the house had so many activities for kids (ages 8-17) inside and out, they were all entertained. We made it to Yosemite which was about a 20-30 minute drive. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and very attentive. Highly recommend!

The house was beautifully renovated. There 4 bedrooms that are spacious and 3 full bathrooms. We had 2 families of 4, plenty of space to move around. The house is located on a huge lot, where the kids were able to roam and explore. There is an also fire pit outside, perfect summer night for smores.
The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with the basic essentials. The garage was turned into a game room, our kids and adults (husbands) enjoyed it just as much. We certainly would stay here again should we come back to Bass Lake.
The cabin is 15 mins or so to Bass Lake and about 30-40 minutes to the entrance of Yosemite. The road to the cabin from the “Main street” is a bit windy.
