Welcome to our serene haven, a nature-inspired retreat ideal for family vacations or gatherings with friends. Inside, discover the comfort of our king & queen-size beds, a family bed for shared coziness, a relaxing living room, and a well-equipped kitchen that beckons culinary adventures. This property is only 5 mins away from Bass Lake and 24 mins from Yosemite. Relax in our spa and pool, or indulge in friendly competition in our Game Room, after exploring the parks!

To ensure you have the best experience with our pool, please note that heating will be charged for each night it is used. Since most of the energy is required to heat the pool on the first night, a minimum of two nights’ charge will apply, even if you decide to heat the pool for fewer nights. This means you will be billed for every night the pool is heated from the start of the heating request to the end of your reservation.

This home is located in a wonderful residential mountain community. It is extremely peaceful in the mountains and it is easy to hear the nature outdoors.
There are so many incredible things to do in this area so please check out our guidebook for ideas!
Internet here is with Starlink and gives us great speeds of up to 150 Mbps. As an engineer who needs a good workspace, I made sure I was able to be comfortable and work efficiently while here.
Power Backup: This property features a reliable generator to ensure uninterrupted power during power outages.
Noise is taken very seriously and there are external cameras on the property.
Traveling during the winter has risks due to potential snow storms. Always check the weather before traveling. The county plows this road, however, during a major storm it could take significant time for the road to be plowed but this is rare. There are also shovels provided for the driveway. During the winter months make sure to have chains available. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance for any home in the mountain area, especially for Yosemite.
During the summer there is extreme fire danger. There is absolutely NO tolerance for smoking and outdoor fires during the summer months except the propane fire pit. The county will HEAVILY fine you for creating any campfires plus it will be documented via cameras and/or neighbors.
Parking is in front of the garage and 2 additional spots right when you turn left to get up to the driveway/garage area. No street parking.

From the moment walked in the house I really enjoyed the cleanliness of this location. My kids really liked that there were multiple pillows on each bed, most places they only get one pillow. The pool was beautiful and heated to the perfect temperature.

Great family retreat. The game room/bunk room was previously a garage. Not ventilated very well. Overall a beautiful property!

We had a great 4 night stay. Communication with the host was great, lots of amenities and plenty of indoor space, outdoor seating areas and parking. I would definitely recommend for family or friends trips.

This was a fun property and was very clean inside. The outside not so much. Needs a pool cleaner and landscaper. There was a christmas wreath on the door and a snowshovel next to it. Its june. I just feel like nobody is keeping up with the grounds. However, hopefully that gets cleared up. It deserves a second chance. Location for yosemity is awesome and was still a fun stay!
