Enjoy the convenience of amenities like jacuzzi, a basketball hoop, BBQ, and ping pong table, corn hole game + more amenities at the end of a private road surrounded by the Sierra National Forest with many hiking trails right from the house. This property is perfect for families or a group of friends.
**Sleeps 6 adults comfortably, the rest of the beds are more suitable for children*
Master bedroom: a king bed and 1 twin bed, TV
Guest room 1: 2 bunk beds (twin over twin & twin over full).
Guest room 2: 1 queen bed.
Guest room 3/entertainment room: Sectional couch with pull out queen bed, TV
You'll find 3 full bathrooms equipped with toiletries. Including: shower, bidet, bathtub, hair dryer, and iron/steamer. THERE IS NO ICE MAKER*
This is a 2 story house with 2 access points. Main entrance is upstairs and a studio downstairs. There is a set of stairs inside the house and one set of stairs out on the porch.
Only a few minutes from the lake, near sandy beaches. The Forks Resort, 7 minutes from The Pines Village, Pines Resort, Ducey's on the Lake and The Bass Lake Marina and Water-sports (boat rentals, slips + much more) and The Marina Bar & Grill (open in the summer).
The house is only 30 a min drive to the entrance of Yosemite National Park and the beautiful Mariposa Grove, 1 hour to the Yosemite Valley.

Host - Very Prompt, friendly and supportiveHouse location: Easy accessible, Privacy and near-by to stores, rentals, trailsHouse: Fully organize kitchen, spacious living room, Bedrooms: Nice bedrooms with lot of beds, blankets and pillows.Bathrooms: Nie bathrooms with adequare towels. Modern toilette in master bathroom was highlight :)Jacuzzi and play area : Its well maintained, and enjoyed barbequeue tooOverall - a very good experience staying here and would love to re-visit again.

There was plenty of space for a family trip and the house is well kept and clean. The house is perfect for kids of all ages.

This house was a large space for our large group. It was clean and lots of activities for both the kids and the adults. We felt with the 250 cleaning fee, the list of checkout requirements was lengthy. The beds provided for the adults were NOT comfortable. A few maintenance issues- ice maker and garbage disposal were not working. We felt for the price paid, everything should have been in working order. We did appreciate the hot tub and the very well stocked kitchen!
