The Space
Enjoy amazing, unobstructed views of the gulf and beach from both the huge deck and the balcony, as the decking fully surrounds the house and provides comfortable options for enjoying the breeze off the gulf, the sunset, an outdoor meal, or just relaxing in the sun. Wake up to many spacious areas outside and in for enjoying the sights and sounds of the waves rolling onto the beach. The entire property is on almost an acre with lush landscape that creates a natural space and privacy, while having a private walkway on property over the dunes directly to the beach.
The outdoor area downstairs is great for entertaining friends and family. This includes: Oversized Tiki bar, hot tub, a built in outdoor grill with wind block, a private outdoor shower, both front and back yards with space for volleyball, frisbee, corn hole toss, etc, as well as plenty of outdoor furniture.
New Updates:
This majestic property has just just been fully renovated, adding and updating many luxuries including a large tiki bar with custom chairs and stools, new Bullfrog Hot tub, new wind blocked built in outdoor grill, enclosed Elevator/Lift that opens into the living room, an oversized Generac Generator in case of power outage, Starlink Internet for more band width and stability, 2 brand new AC units, built-in surround sound TV & Stereo, etc etc. 2025: Just installed a new eSpring water purification system (UV & Carbon) in the kitchen sink for the cleanest drinking water around, no need for plastic bottles, etc.

The host supplied us with information and best wishes. The house was luxurious--spacious, beautiful views, decks, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable mattresses. The kitchen area was well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and the easy access to the beach. No complaints!! Wonderful place to stay.

We will not return. Issues we had:Downstairs toilet kept running after flushing. We had to lift tank lid and adjust each time.The “elevator” was not a true elevator, as it did not go to second floor of home. As a result, my husband and I had to sleep in the bunk room downstairs, as we have bad knees. This was not clearly stated in the description of the home.The lift has frayed cables. Definitely not safe!Ants and roaches in the house.The deck area has seen better days. Very run down, and not well maintained.Ice maker did not work.Oven was dirty. After baking a pizza, the oven smoked the entire downstairs.
