Beach right out the door. Kitchen well stocked. No hot water first night and couldn't get lock box open but management sent help. Clean but floors need deep cleaning. Second floor room on the right handle on toilet stick so you have to jiggle it. No hot water again on day before check out day so my husband wanted to leave. But the house is pretty and decorated pretty. Whirlpool is nice. Owner resonds quickly to questions.

Location, location, location. We planned a family vacation with 5 adults and 1-18 month old and the house was perfect. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk and the balcony views are spectacular. There was a high chair and pack n play for the baby. The beach accessories were great too. Best stocked house we’ve rented with VRBO. The property has one of the best appointed kitchens I’ve seen. Ice maker, wine fridge, multiple coffee makers, every utensil and dish you need. We had two puppies with us and again the house worked so well. The fencing kept them safe and allowed them room to run. The Host was attentive and answered our questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great beach destination.

The host was incredibly responsive and communication was seamless! The questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, which we truly appreciated.That said, the property itself didn’t quite meet our expectations when it came to cleanliness and overall condition. There were noticeable stains on the carpets and furniture, damaged blinds, and general wear and tear that made the space feel more dated than the listing photos suggest . We understand it’s a beach house and some wear is to be expected, but the level of upkeep fell a bit short, especially given the price. Despite these issues, the house still served its purpose, and we enjoyed our time together as a family. With a more thorough cleaning and a few updates, this property could really shine.
