The Space:
This new construction home is located in Crystal Beach, Texas, in the new Crystal Dunes edition (barrel 55). This amazing, Beachfront!, 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house has everything you can imagine and more. Four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. It sleeps 20 and has enough room for plenty of gathering. It sits less than 50 feet from the beach, with a walkway and has a beautiful salt water pool (not heated) and heated spa. This house has it all. The Open concept Kitchen, living room, dining room has plenty of room for everyone to visit, spend group together time, have family games and still have plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable.
The deck accents the house with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Sit on the deck and sun and listen to the relaxing sound of the Gulf waves as they splash onto the sandy shore.
Each of the 3000 square feet of this amazing property is swathed in luxury, from the iridescent tiles on the pool (not heated) and hot tub, to the comfortable plush and spacious bedrooms. There are large screen TV’s in every bedroom, with access to Hulu live streaming.

We do not provide cooking oil or seasonings.
There is an outdoor gas grill. Propane will be available.
There are both types of coffee pots available.
Events are not allowed. Prom groups are allowed, max 20 guests, 3 of the guests must be parents staying on the property. There will be an additional, non-refundable prom fee of $1000, this will need to be added after booking. Please contact us for approval before booking.
Pets allowed, max 2 dogs ONLY, pet fee is $200, may need to be added after booking.
Must be 25 yrs old to book.
There is parking available in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles. No parking on the grass or street.
We do not supply beach chairs or umbrellas. We will have beach towels available.
Located across the ferry from Galveston, TX
As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund.

This is PARADISE! We had a wonderful and magical stay at the Seaside Sanctuary. The house is big and has plenty of room for multiple families. We visited with two families and everyone was able to stretch out and have their own rooms. The house is equipped with everything you need to cook, magnificent meals and grill outside. Everything was very clean and there was something to do for everyone. The house comes with beach towels, beach gear, games, and everything you need in the kitchen. The fact that it has a pool and is on the beach, made it perfect for our stay as there were a couple of rainy days. Because the pool is completely covered, we were able to just use the pool on those days. The balcony is awesome and looks right on the beach. The coolest part is that there were several parties around us shooting fireworks and we were able to view it all from our balcony. This is a marvelous place to stay.

Maura went above and beyond for us. Thank you for working with VRBO and saving our vacation. Maura was able to check us in within hours of booking. The home is absolutely gorgeous. Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Spacious and clean. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back.
