Villa la Topaia is in a calm location, with a panoramic view of the countryside and of the surrounding hills. The exclusive garden features a large lawn, with 5 furnished gazebos for relaxing moments. There is also a furnished loggia for outdoor lunches. The swimming pool is next to the house, measuring 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.4 m, surrounded by a paved bathing area, complete with sunbeds and a shower, a small bar, a stonework barbecue and ping pong table. The owners of the property live next door. Parking within the property.Interior
The interior features comfortable, traditional rustic Tuscan furniture. The ground floor has a small living room with satellite TV and dining area, a library room, a spacious, very well-equipped kitchen, one guest bathroom with washing machine and dryer.
An indoor staircase leads to the first floor, consisting of 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, 1 suite with double bed, small kitchen corner, sofa and bathroom with shower. Going up the second floor we find 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, 1 suite with double bed and single additional bed, small kitchen corner and bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows.

Villa la Topaia is in a calm, hilly position with a great view of the surrounding wood and fields.

The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet connection, consumption of water, electricity (but not air conditioning) and gas (but not heating), baby bed and high chair. Upon request against payment midweek linen change, pool towels, chef and domestic help.

Swimming pool available from May 1st to September 30th. The owners live next door and take care of the farm.Activities
