We had a wonderful stay in Litchfield! We loved the original aspects of the house. The front room was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets without mosquitos. The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming. The open entire main level drew of family of grown kids, teenagers, and little ones together. The driveway and breezeway were also awesome for hanging and barbecuing. Flat screens in nearly every room for rainy days or night were we all just tired. The washer and dryer on-site was perfect to keep cycling through beach and bat towels. Our older kids enjoyed bike rides and kayaking. Grocery shopping was easy in Litchfield with Walmart right there. Neighbors were respectful of kids crossing to dock. Our family NEEDED this time away! We can’t thank you enough!

This was a cute little house on a beautiful small lake and community. It was the perfect location for a small family gathering and for me to make lasting memories with her mom in her hometown with family.
It's a perfect location for small families too, and only wish I'd found it when my kids were younger but also a nice place for any age.
Definately will be back. Thanks for the memories.

We loved the location of this property. The property was very clean. We also enjoyed the use of a kayak while staying.
There are some things you must know before staying at this property. The washing machine is coin operated and we couldn’t find businesses willing to give us quarters. You are required to start the laundry prior to checking out but no coins were left for us.
Additionally, the property is not well stocked. We flew into town for this stay. It would be nice to have a hair dryer at the property. Additionally the house was stocked with only 4-5 bath towels. This forces you to do laundry each day but we faced the challenge of needing quarters.
We also found it concerning that there was no way to lock the entrance off of the porch. The outside door would not latch to lock, and neither would the sliding door. I recommend that being fixed prior to renting.
