About this house rental
Lakeside home located on Lake Ripley in Litchfield, Mn., 4 car garage, 3 bd, 2 ba; formal dining and breakfast area, 2 living areas, one w/ fireplace, laundry room, can comfortably sleep 11 people. Free Wi-Fi with streaming capability, three tv’s. Private lakefront and dock ( can dock 2 boats) 2 blocks from public landing. Nicely paved Lake Road goes all the way around the lake, great for walking or bicycling. Outside patio and sitting areas, dog run with doggie door to 2nd garage. Fish off of private or public docks, beach, and kiddie playground across the lake, about a mile or two away. Many local eats, restaurants and amenities . 1-2 acre yard with trees, lake country on the out skirts of a small town. Local canoe, kayaks and pontoon rides available close by. Local attractions, wonderful zip line course 1 hour away. Very quiet and peaceful area, beautiful lakefront.

We had an amazing time at John & Anne’s place. There is lots of room, huge yard, and super clean. The host Gloria is so nice. She gave us an early check in and a late checkout.

The home is a wonderful get away for family or friends. Plenty of room, clean and close to the lake. We all enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Perfect weekend. Happened to be Litchfield’s town celebration. Enjoyed the fireworks display from the dock. Would suggest bumpers on corner of dock. Nice quiet area. Dogs liked the back yard.

My wife and I brought our 7 and 11 year old grandchildren to this property for a mini-lake vacation and we all had an overall awesome experience! The house is very comfortable with direct lake access including a dock on the other side of a low volume road and a public boat launch one-quarter mile away. Everything is on one level and the home is well stocked in case you forgwt to pack any essentials. The lake is large enough for pleasure boating, has 2 public boat launches, good numbers of panfish that can be easily caught from shore, good water quality for swimming, and has several parks right on the lake, including one with a splash pad for smaller children.
