The space:
Step inside this beautifully maintained home designed to make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Here’s what you’ll find:

Main Level:
• Bright and open layout with spacious dining room (seats 6)
• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar for 2–3, and thoughtful extras
• Convenient laundry/mudroom (laundry available for stays of 4+ nights)

Upper Level:
• Peaceful loft living space with piano, perfect for reading or unwinding
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed, walk-in closet, smart TV
• Bedroom 2: Full-size bed, walk-in closet, smart TV
• Bathroom: Dual vanity and shower/tub combo with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

Lower Level:
• Cozy family room with large sectional sofa, 50” smart TV, sound bar, and games
• Bedroom 3: Full-size bed, private desk workspace in closet
• Bedroom 4: Full-size daybed + twin trundle, desk workspace in closet
• Bathroom: Shower/tub combo + complimentary toiletries

Outdoor:
• Front porch with seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or sunset views
• Shared backyard
• Driveway parking (no garage access, used for our equipment storage and your bagged trash/recycling only)

As your trash builds up during your stay, please leave your trash bags tied up and placed inside of the garage area. When it's time to check-out, no need to remove the bedding or round up towels as we will take care of it all!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and front porch, but please do not enter utility room and crawl space downstairs unless given permission. Garage access is not included, but driveway parking is available.

• Dog-friendly! Please ask about crates and pet supplies available upon request
• Quick access to Lake Wobegon Trail, Lake George, local parks, and more
• Quiet, residential neighborhood, ideal for relaxing after a day out

Other things to note
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

• Dogs must be house-trained and up-to-date on vaccinations, crated when left alone indoors, and not left unleashed and unattended outside (unfenced yard)
• Snow removal provided 24–48 hours after significant snowfall in winter
