About this house rental
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Tucked away from the road, this lakefront home is a charm. Two private bedrooms, two baths, a dedicated room with desk just to get some work done, and all the other comforts you need. Fabulous Westerly views, air conditioned living room area, nice clean water with a dock, plenty of room to relax and just chill. Bring your kayaks and canoes, floaty toys, what have you, you’re all set for Summer fun! And if you need more room, we offer this and our 2 bedroom apt on another listing
A very nice, neat , and clean direct lakefront home. A fabulous place to relax, not far from Burlington, St. Albans City, and Montreal. Great access by dock to some very clean Lake Champlain water. Bring some water toys, add family and friends, and you’ve got a great vacation!
And if your group is a little larger, we have a 2 bedroom garage apartment on the property that can be added for addition cost!
Management is always available, and can be reached by phone, message, or text. We won’t hover over you, but are nearby!
This is predominantly a vacation lakeshore community. Some homes are seasonal, many are year round and family oriented. We like it quiet here.

Primary guest or renter is over the age of 24.
No Parties, this is a neighborhood, family homes, and folks just taking it easy for the Summer.
After 10pm , please keep noise down for the neighbors. This is required.
