About this cottage rental
The Funhouse is tucked away on the secluded North Hero Island. This snug home is perfect for a small family vacation, and while the house itself is not on directly on the lake, the private family owned beach is just 400 feet away, so going for a swim is a breeze. Relax in the screened-in porch with a good book, or hang out inside on cool days using TV and WiFi, and when you get hungry, the kitchen is equipped with cookware and basic appliances to make cooking a cinch. Mini split ac and heat brand new!

This a is great little cottage, been in the owners family for decades. Comfy rooms, short walk down the street to the private beach, only an hour to Burlington or Montreal.
The beach is 200 yards away. 100 yards to Lakeview , turn right, 100 yards to #155. Beach access is at the Adirondack chairs!
Management lives just 10 minutes away. Available by phone, email or text as well.

The property was perfect for us, especially since it was less than a mile from where our friends, who we were visiting, lived. There was space for us three adults who were staying there to sleep & hang out. The lake is a short walking distance away - so pretty. Although we basically slept & showered at the cottage, I saw there was recreational equipment provided by the owner.

Charming house perfect for a family of four! Very clean with all the necessities needed for a lake house stay. Very spacious yard for games. Super easy and short (less than 5 minutes) walk to private beach area. Very clear instructions inside. Beautiful clear water, lovely to swim in, just recommend bringing water shoes since the shore is rock. Family had a great time and would stay here again!

We had a great time the only thing I was disappointed by was I couldn’t get the grill to work but it was very clean and had everything we needed
