About this house rental
Three bedroom home on beautiful Lake Champlain with 60 feet of lake frontage. Patio with fire pit and Adirondack chairs overlook the lake to enjoy the most amazing sunsets. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of. Multiple boat launches nearby. Two kayaks on site for your use. Walking distance to nature paths. Bring your gear to swim, fish, boat, hunt, bike, snowmobile, ice fish, cross country ski, skate, and snowshoe!

There is a gas insert fireplace with a remote control which makes the cooler nights that much more cozy.
Nice open floor plan with a bright and comfortable sunroom that looks out to the lake.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a french door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and a gas stove.
The master bedroom is large yet in the basement (stairs) which makes it great for sleeping in.
Televisions in each bedroom and the living room.
Plenty of parking space for boat trailers and cars.
Nice quiet neighborhood.
The lake levels change year to year and seasonally.
The dock shown in one picture is no longer available.
The hot tub is not included.

We had an excellent stay. The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and well maintained. This is my second stay here and will come back!. The host was very responsive and made everything smooth and easy. The location was perfect, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this place!
