This cozy cottage rental is located directly on Lake Champlain in Swanton, Vermont, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. There are two bedrooms with four full-size beds and two twin trundle beds. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower.
In the living room, guests will find a sofa, country antiques, a gas fireplace, armchairs, a rocking chair, and books. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a toaster, and cooking utensils. The dining area provides plenty of seating space. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a television with satellite TV and a DVD player, a shared telephone, and a washer and dryer.
This cottage comes with a rustic, four-season porch, ideal to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets of Vermont. Outside, there is an outdoor gas barbecue, and patio furniture, including a picnic table. In addition, guests will have private beach access and a shared dock with a rowboat and a pedal boat, so that glampers can have the full lake experience.
Each cottage rental includes access to a lake beach with a mix of sand and shale, as well as a 14-foot aluminum rowboat and a paddleboat. A 56-foot common dock is shared by two of the cottages. The water depth increases slowly, making it ideal for children.
Rentals include an outdoor gas grill and picnic table to have barbecues with friends, family, and glamping neighbors.
Glampers should keep in mind that Wi-Fi reception might be available only in certain areas of the cottages.
