Feel comfortable in this spacious and unique 1bd space. New In-law-suite which includes a large family room. There is an oven, range hood, refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, bathroom with luxurious granite stand up shower. Enclosed in locked gate that surrounds property. Street parking is included. Please note, this unit is located on the lower level of the property. It is private and has its own separate entrance. Entrance has five steep steps, but is equipped with a railing.
Home is in a quiet neighborhood on the northside of Chicago. Perfectly positioned next to everything Chicago has to offer: most trendy neighborhoods, professional baseball team (Cubs), and touristy downtown area. Quick access to highway allows you to reach a vast majority of Chicago within 30 minutes.

The parking was not ideal, but we got lucky with a spot just around by the back alley. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well despite the upstairs guests/renters? Being a little loud the first night. Overall very nice place, seemed like a nice neighborhood, would definitely stay again.

The apartment was fantastic. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and extremely close to public transportation. There are many shopping/eating options nearby. The book left by the host was invaluable in helping to navigate during our stay. The communication with the host was easy and straightforward, adding to the ease of the stay

Overall a good experience and would recommend. Located close to a lot, seemed like a decent area, felt safe for my daughter and I. Only one inconvenience of the key not being in the lockbox upon arrival, but Toby was very apologetic and dropped everything and came to let us in and paid for our dinner. He was very good at responding and very helpful. Upstairs neighbors were very loud very ealy in the morning, so a bit disruptive but but not sure if this is a normal thing since our stay was short. Overall, a nice stay, wonderful shower/bathroom.
