The Bodden and a horse paddock are within sight, and Zingst Beach is just 5 kilometers away. This modern, well-equipped semi-detached home, built in 2023, is located directly adjacent to the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park.
The heart of the home is a very spacious living area with a dining area and reading nook, featuring satellite TV and a fully equipped built-in kitchen. From here, you have direct access to the patio with patio furniture and a patio umbrella.
Three of the four bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.
A travel crib and a high chair are available for the youngest guests.
The two bathrooms have heated floors and walk-in showers. The upper bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub. Two bedrooms on the first floor have access to the large balcony with a table and chairs.
Additional amenities: free Wi-Fi (available and usable in some areas of the house) and parking spaces at the house.
A lockable bike shed is available for bicycles.
The semi-detached house in Bresewitz is a great starting point for walks and bike rides—the well-maintained bike paths will have you at Zingst Beach in no time.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
