Lovely maintained 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath unit located in Village Green. Open and spacious living room and kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite half bath. Second bedroom has Queen bed, third bedroom is located on the newly renovated second floor with one double bed, one single bed, and one pull-out trundle bed. Enjoy an outside seating area which has an enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill. One on site parking space.

The house is adorable and clean. It was great to sit out on the little patio area. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We had so much fun riding bikes to the beach, town and just to cruise around looking at all the beautiful houses. There were so many fun restaurants and stores to explore too. Tiny things I would change-the blinds to the family room didn’t work so people could see right in at night which felt a little creepy and they only had a Keurig so we couldn’t make a pot for the whole family. Usually when we rent places the provide both-cheap fix! Overall great experience!
