This newly renovated home is a short 10 minute walk to the beach, a 10-12 minute walk to town, yet is located in a quiet neighborhood in Cape May, on Pennsylvania Ave. The home features central A/C, all new floors, updated kitchen, new furniture, flat-panel TVs, hot/cold enclosed outside shower, and all that you need to enjoy a great vacation America's oldest seaside resort!

Well maintained & comfortable house and property. We loved being in a very quiet in subdued neighborhood. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Already considering going back to the same place for next year.

The property was not cleaned which created a very poor impression. There was hair in sinks, dirty toilet seats, sneaker and beer can abandoned under bed, drawer full of dirty clothes.
The property is not an independent home but one side of a ranch with a shared yard. Neighborhood is quiet. The unit is tiny and ideal for family of 3-4. kitchen is well equipped. The issue with ants persists though the owner is trying to remedy that.
