Our completely renovated home is located in a quiet part of Cape May and is an easy walk to the ocean, harbor and downtown. There is no need to pack your beach stuff every day, our home includes a locked storage unit right on the Philadelphia Avenue beach (restrooms on site).
With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower, there is plenty of room for the whole family! The open floor plan connects the fully equipped kitchen to a large family room and dining room. Central A/C and ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or watch the kids play in the private fenced-in yard from the wrap around deck with awning. Plenty of outdoor seating for your evening family BBQ.
Our house is perfect for all ages, including children and the elderly, even handicapped.
Gas grill, 4 adult bikes, WiFi and washer/dryer are all included! Plenty of parking is available in both the driveway and street. Great place for a relaxing or busy week at the beach whatever you choose with family or friends.

We loved this house! Easy walk to the beach and to Washington St. mall. Very spacious, great layout. Loved the front and back porches. Equipped with anything you could need, including games, beach gear, grill, washer/dryer, and baby/child items.

Can’t recommend this property enough! The location of the house was great, walking distance to the beach and to town. The house itself was clean and had great space for everyone to be together! The host were also wonderful and great communicators. The day of check in the road was being paved and was closed, but communication was great on timing of road work and where to park.

Tom and Carol were great to work with. They were always very responsive. The house was great, it was very clean and perfect location. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We all enjoyed spending time on the front porch and back deck. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had such an amazing time staying at this home. 9 of us stayed comfortably in the 4 rooms and there were plenty of bathrooms and mirrors for all girls to get ready! The hosts were very responsive leading up to our trip and the check in process was super easy. We loved how open the kitchen and living room was and the deck was perfect for enjoying a coffee or cocktail. It was the perfect place for our trip!
