🛏 Bedroom 1: 1 King ensuite with full private bathroom (sleeps 2) on the upper level
🛏 Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2) on the upper level
🛏 Bedroom 3: Queen over queen bunk (2 queen beds) (sleeps 4) on the upper level
🛏 Bedroom 4: 2 Queen beds (sleeps 4) on the lower level
🛏 Sleeping Nook: Full bed (sleeps 2) on the lower level
🚽 BATHROOMS
🚿 Bathroom 1: Full bathroom w/ stand-up shower and freestanding bathtub. Located on the upper level inside Bedroom 1
🚿 Bathroom 2: Full bathroom w/ stand-up shower. Located on the upper level
🚿 Bathroom 3: Full bathroom w/ stand-up shower/tub combination. Located on the lower level

▪️ All types of cookware and utensils are thoughtfully provided to ensure you're well prepared ahead for any recipes. Basic spices are also available
▪️ Wake up and start your morning the right way with a dedicated coffee bar (complimentary Keurig with K-up pods)
▪️ Spacious dining table seats 8 comfortably on the upper level with an additional outdoor dining set up on the upper deck overlooking the Columbia River and Mt. Hood

▪️ We love providing all guests with paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry pods, and many more consumables

▪️ Fresh bath and bed linens are provided - save space in your luggage as you will not need to pack them!
🅿️ PARKING
▪️ Our driveway is roped off due to the degradation of the gravel. Please do not tamper with the chain link and park there.
▪️ Park your cars at the shed/carport area past the home (up to 5 cars if parked facing the stones). Be careful not to drive or park on the paved area at the end of the driveway near the shed/carport, as it belongs to our neighbor and is off-limits. Violators will be towed at their own expense.
👞 SHOES
▪️ Please take off your shoes before entering the home.
🪑 FURNITURE
▪️ Please do not take indoor furniture outside.
🌱 YARD WORK
▪️ Please be mindful that our landscapers do not have a set schedule. They may service the property while you're there. All yard work will be on the exterior of the home only.
🔥 FIRE BAN
▪️ Due to extremely dry conditions in Skamania County, a fire ban is in effect through Fall 2025 (until October). This means no open flames are allowed, including the use of propane fire pits on the deck or in the backyard.
Warning: Please do not drive on or park on the paved area at the end of the driveway near the shed/carport area. It is off-limits and belongs to our neighbor. You will be towed at your expense.

Can’t describe how absolutely perfect our weekend was at this location. We were there for our son’s wedding and the first time for many of us to be in the Columbia Gorge. We made memories to last a lifetime in this beautiful home. Highly recommend it for any reason. Thank you for sharing it with us!!!!

Four couples and we had a great time. The house has all amenities needed, nice quality furnishings and bedding and is very clean.The views are spectacular and the house is conveniently located near Hood River and several wineries.All of us agreed we would love to stay there again.

The property and the home exceeded all expectations! We were lucky enough to stay 3 nights and we left so rested that it felt like we were there for 3 weeks.The surrounding wildlife, scenery and sounds cannot be captured by photos or words.Our group didn’t know what to expect; because we wanted it to be a surprise… and were they!The sleeping accommodations were perfect for our staff- with plenty of privacy for the moments when you want to have some alone time. And the house also has such an inviting and warm great room- perfect for those times when everyone wants to come together for food and games, etc.What a joy!And we want to give a special thanks to our host who was attentive and thoughtful.We hope to come back again!
