The space
This 1970's tranquil cabin getaway sits of 5 acres in Hood River's desirable West Side neighborhood. Recently renovated and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private five-bedroom home features Scandinavian inspired design with an open floor plan, upscale kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 65” Smart TV.
Fully appointed modern kitchen with Fisher & Paykel appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. The master bedroom is located on the mail level and features a en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, as well as private access to the walk-out balcony with stunning views of the surrounding woods.
-Bedroom 2 contains a king-sized bed, is located on the lower level and has its own private sliding glass entrance to the backyard.
-Bedroom 3 contains a king-sized bed as well as 2 sets of twin bunks, and is also on the lower level. A set of inflatable bed rails for one of the lower bunks is available upon request.
- Bedroom 4 in located in the loft area above the main living area, and contains 2 twin -sized beds with access to a half bath.
- Bedroom 5 is set up as nursery with a full-sized crib and is located on the lower level across from bathroom 3.
Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, dedicated workspace in the loft perfect for traveling students or professionals, laundry area, and free high-speed WiFi.
Outdoor features include a private backyard, outdoor furniture, BBQ grill, a beautiful garden where guests are welcome to enjoy fruit and produce, a serene pond and lots of benches and chairs near the creek, fire-pit, onsite parking, and keyless access.
Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on Airbnb. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
Other things to note
The house does run on a Well system so it helps if guests are mindful about how much water is running at the same time (dishwasher, washing machine, and showers), it will give it time to regroup and reheat the water supply.
