The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with mirror, and a separate dressing area. A combo washer and dryer is located just outside the bathroom in the hallway for your convenience.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with essential cookware, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator/freezer. Enjoy meals at the center island with barstools.
We also provide toddler-friendly items: utensils, plates, and sippy cups.

Great little place. Perfect for a couple. Nicely finished and definitely as advertised. Easy walk to downtown Melbourne and restaurants. We would definitely go back and Melbourne is an undiscovered gem in itself.

Overall we were here for a work trip so we didn’t spend too much time at the house. The house is actually two dwellings combined so you share a thin wall with a more permanent group of tenants. You also share the driveway so be cautious of planning to bring too many vehicles.The kitchen was well equipped compared to other VRBOs. The location was great. This rental requires you to use a 3rd party AI check in and information website, that I found very unnecessary and challenging to use. You have to ask for the WiFi info and the door code has discrepancy between the website they send you to and the verbiage in the VRBO messaging app. Overall the cleanliness was very subpar and the shower handle was marginally usable during our stay.
