About this house rental
Drive up to your rustic seashell driveway where you will be staying at the quaintest little bungalow that has custom charm and modern comforts.
The space
Come stay at the Courtyard Bungalow that's walking distance to Downtown Melbourne.
Also, convenient to the beaches, downtown Eau Gallie and only 15 min from I-95 for easy access. The property is adjoined with two other places which historically all tie together.
When you arrive, you will park and walk right to your front door. Inside is a dainty yet spacious environment with tongue and groove vaulted ceilings in the center, a modern style kitchen, efficient bathroom with a shower and a relaxing bedroom. Equipped with smart TV’s and a comfy queen-size bed. Your view to the courtyard is right out your slider and set for peace and enjoyment with a sitting area to relax and enjoy.
The Living room has a cozy pull out sofa and a 52" smart TV. The modern kitchen is bright with granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, flat top stove/oven combo, Keurig machine and all your cooking essentials to enjoy home cooked meals during your stay.
Adjoined to the kitchen is the dining room table that seats 4. The internet is 100Mbps and the service provider is ATT
We have three separate historic houses on this large property. We would lobe for you to enjoy all three and come back!
Please remove your shoes at the door before walking through the cottage. We do not allow pets due to allergy concerns with owners and guests.
The Bungalow is almost 100 years old with old plumbing. Wipes and female toiletries cannot be flushed. Toilet paper only please. If those items are flushed and a clog is induced the guest will be responsible to pay to unclog up to 250.00

"Far from the maddening crowd" This is probably the best description of our stay at thew Courtyard Bungalow. The location was perfect - quiet, peaceful yet so close to every store imaginable only a few miles away (if that). For a small home, it met all of our needs. It was cozy and very comfortable. Advise to future renters: this place was a wonderful place to unwind and forget about the world for a few days. If you plan to bring a ton of work with you, internet access was spotty at best but it was no fault of the rental.

Great The room was very clean and very cute. They had everything you would need there for a wonderful stay. The only thing I didn't like was the TV in the bedroom did not work. We were staying there with our child to that made things interesting in the evenings when we settled in for the night. But everything else was wonderful
