Seeking LONG-TERM Rental, Condo Association has a 2 month minimum requirement. We will consider plugging in minimum two month+ rentals, between bookings, but are seeking 3-12 month rentals. Short 15 minute introduction to community/interview will be conducted by Palm Colony Property Manager. Community is VERY safe, secure and ran by the BEST property manager in Florida!
