This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-toilet house with a garden is located in Lacanau-Océan, on Allée de la Baïne, just behind the ocean dune on the north beach, a 2-minute walk from the sea/ocean
Roller shutters on all windows for complete privacy
The house is fully equipped for 6 people.
The yard is fully fenced; dogs are welcome
Renovated and clean house; in a quiet location on a cul-de-sac with no noise from cars, motorcycles, trucks, or pedestrians.

The 3 bedrooms are separate from the living area and open onto the garden

HIGH-QUALITY MATTRESSES AND BED FRAMES
- A large master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, featuring a private shower room and closet
- a second bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a 180 cm bed, wardrobe
- a third bedroom with a 160 cm double bed
- an additional double sleeping space in the living room with a 140 cm sofa bed
- crib - high chair
- one single foam mattress for a child
Blankets, pillows, and comforters are available for all beds; but not towels.
IMPORTANT: Choice of bedding:
1/ The tenant brings their own bedding: fitted sheet, flat sheets, pillowcase
2/ The tenant may rent bed linens at their own expense from the Aqualogia dry cleaner; see attached price list
3/ The tenant uses the linens provided in the house. The linens are provided on loan; they are clean but used (not new).
In this case, the tenant pays the cost of cleaning the linens after their stay: 6 euros per kilo at the Aqualogia dry cleaner’s
