Enter a light & bright main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a sofa and chair, flat screen TV with cable, small desk and ceiling fan. The vaulted ceiling creates and an open space.
The nicely equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker. Just beside the kitchen is a dining table with seating for four.
Just down the hall from the main living area is the bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and small flat screen TV with cable and the other has two twin beds. Both bedrooms also have vaulted ceilings.
Air conditioning: The cottage has three ductless split unit air conditioners--one in the main living area and one in each bedroom.
The cottage is one of three in the association and is set back from the other two across the lawn. There is a deck with outdoor dining table, gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower.
Shared washer/dryer in shed on the property.
This charming cottage is less than a half mile to Powers Landing Beach! Just over a half mile to Mayo Beach and one mile to Wellfleet's wonderful Main Street for shopping, dining and gallery hopping. Short drive to Wellfleet's freshwater ponds and ocean beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

Beautiful, quiet, nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the cottage. Owner needs to figure out trash situation...there are no barrels and no directions for when pickup is and where to put the trash. Otherwise, a really nice spot with 13 wild turkeys passing through.
