About this cottage rental
Quaint 2 BR, 1 BA, cottage located on Mayo Beach. Cottage is part of the desirable Wellfleeter Condominium Complex located at the end of Mayo Beach. This quaint cottage has a kitchen-dinning area with granite counter tops, a living room with an open out couch, two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Waterviews from the bedroom with the queen size bed. The bathroom features a granite counter top with a stand up shower. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your use in the cottage. Amenities in this rental include: Sheets, pillow's, blankets, towel's (including beach towels), flat screen tv's with DVD player's and Wireless Internet Service. There are 20 cottages located on the Wellfleeter property. There is a staircase on the Wellfleeter property which leads down to a 400 foot private beach area. Walking distance to the following is about a 10 -15 minutes: center of town, public tennis courts, community playground, local restaurants, live theatre and all of the Wellfleet Harbor's amenities. It is a 10 minute car ride to Wellfleet's fresh water ponds and spectacular ocean side beaches.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at the cottage. It was clean, well stocked with towels and beach supplies. We were within walking distance to town and restaurants. The private beach is perfect for little kids as the bay is calmer than the big beaches. The cottage was quiet and comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

This was my third time staying at the Wellfleeter cottage. It’s a small charming cottage with close access to the beach. The kitchen and bedrooms are very well equipped and it has a lovely Cape Cod feel about it. Restaurants and art galleries are within walking distance. I look forward to a return visit.

Spent last week at this beautiful little cottage on the bay. Upon arrival it was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything I could imagine needing (and more!). I felt like I was staying in someone's home. The pictures don't even really do it justice. The couch and queen bed are both so comfortable it was hard to get off either and take the very short walk to the seawall and steps down to the beach (there are a few more steps than I anticipated and it is a bit steep so be aware of that if it is of concern). It was glorious to even just sit under the portico and watch all the activity in the harbor and bay. It is a lovely, peaceful and quiet little condo community. I can't say enough wonderful things about the cottage other than I look forward to staying there again. Thank you, Stacey and Peter, it was truly a pleasure to spend a week here.Best Regards, Lisa G.
